  • How long does it take to ship?
It can take anywhere from 5 to 10 days for an item to ship. We try to ship as quickly as we can however it is dependent on how busy we are.
  • Can I return a product?
Yes, you may return non-body products such as crystals, clothes, incense and the like. However, with non-body products you have 24 hours after receiving the item to file for a refund and the item has to have been broken or damaged in shipping. Otherwise, we do not return or exchange body care items.

For the most part keep all items out of direct sunlight. This can cause leeching in the color as well as cause oils in body products to go bad quicker. Lotions should be kept at room temperature to the best of one's ability.
